These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UMAIFY mobile application and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

UMAIFY helps creators and small businesses brainstorm and plan short-form video content using AI-assisted suggestions, a personal library, and a weekly planner. We do not post content to social networks on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and verify your email when required.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your app data and Firebase login as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

UMAIFY Pro is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the store’s rules. Free-plan limits (AI generations, planner slots, library size) apply until you upgrade.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or security
Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except where law permits
Upload or generate content that infringes others’ rights or violates platform policies
Harass, spam, or interfere with other users or our infrastructure

We may remove content or restrict access if you violate these rules.

6. AI-generated content

Ideas and text are generated by OpenAI models based on your inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content. We do not guarantee virality, performance, or compliance with third-party platform rules.

7. Intellectual property

We own the UMAIFY app, brand, and underlying software. You retain rights to your original inputs. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including Firebase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and push notifications.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UMAIFY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU USE THE FREE PLAN.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of UMAIFY, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
